Have you suffered psychological trauma rcently or in the past? How are you processing it and taking care of yourself right now? Maybe you can try time limited or long term psychotherapy.
So what happens when there seems to be no access to early appropriate psychological trauma interventions, soon after an event? Everyone's experience is different. What's your experience of self healing? Are you on medication? What are your options to improve your wellbeing and mental health? What choices do you have for physical and psychological trauma therapy treatments? Are you still on a waiting list for psychological trauma therapy treatment?
You might be able to optimise your chance of self recovery with psychotherapy at JHWC or with an associate team members now. We can offer up to 3 sessions of psychotherapy per week for emergency intensive psychological trauma treatment.
It's not easy going through unexplained mental health symptoms; pain, injury, anxiety or depression, after a psychological trauma event. Call if you have experienced:

Alternatively, you might just want to explore your options working with us and talking about your expectations and the reality of taking action, and how to manage a coping strategy, if you were to decide to take legal action. In any event we help support traumatic emotional problems with open ended counselling and psychotherapy and at least 7 modalities of models of integrated and masters level cutting edge therapy.
