Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions normally 50 mins,  90 mins or 120 mins, once, twice or three times a week, for 6, 12 or 18 weeks or longer term work, ad-hoc sessions by agreement.  Bespoke sessional work can be negotiated.

Time limited, Brief and Long Term Therapy face to face or by telephone, for low, moderate, high intensity and more complex issues.  

GP Surgery referrals, Independent Employer Assistance Program Specialist and self referrals accepted.  Emergency surgeries can be arranged at short notice between 7am and 10 pm Monday to Friday, 9-2pm Saturdays.

Therapy-Coaching BACPC can be 1, 2 or 3 hour sessions, or longer, for Master Break Through Consultancy sessions; a 6-10 hour program on a specific problem : Try 2 hours Therapy-Coaching today!
