JENNIFER HOOPER is a branch of therapy services holding bona fide insurance cover, Jennifer Hooper also goes by the name Jennifer Hooper Wellbeing Coach (JHWC), practice upholds an Equal Opportunities policy and works within the framework of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), British Association Coaching Specialist Division (BACPC Specialist Coach), and National Counselling Society (MNCS), BAATN and DPS International. The term “Therapist” means independent privately insured psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, wellbeing and mental health counsellors and practitioners, massage therapists, plus other mental health/wellbeing professionals in training whom may also have coaching/therapy skills or certified coach practitioners and trainees.
1.4 The terms and conditions sets out to invite users to engage in counselling and other services outlined on the website with JENNIFER HOOPER and/or an independent counsellor/therapist affiliate entitled to provide services and resource tools.
1.5 All Affiliate Therapists will be responsibly self-employed and responsible for ensuring that they are fully insured, qualified and registered with a recognised ethical body, and will therefore communicate their qualifications to the user prior to engaging client services. All Honorary therapists must be fully insured, qualified and registered with a recognised ethical body. All trainee therapists will also be fully insured and be on a recognised training course of OFQUAL status. All Affiliates and trainees must be in regular monthly supervision.
1.6 By accessing or using any part of this Website you the user (User) accept the terms and conditions herein. Further by using any service herein you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Therefore, by engaging we may send you email notifications and details on our services, if you want to opt out of receiving email on our newsletter and service offers you can opt out.
1.7 All users, affiliates and trainees engaged with this business or website therefore agree to abide by the terms and conditions which constitute an Agreement to engage with this business for counselling/therapy/coaching/clinical supervision/holistic massage/training/consultancy/B2B contractual provision of services, research and related activities.
1.8 Contracting for Clinical Supervision with us will be monthly and DNA cancellations are chargeable. However users can rearrange an appointment. We believe that if you are engaged in wellbeing and/or mental health practice, then it makes sense for you to be under Clinical Supervision for your personal and professional development, and mental and emotional wellbeing, for the duration of your job post as a trainee, honorary or qualified professional. You may need more supervision in any given month depending on your client workload. Our Supervision Contracts are normally of a 12 month duration minimum term of fees as standard, at the end of the term, thereafter, contracts are on-going month by month. Further, we require 28 days notice in writing to end your Clinical Supervision. As a private business we reserve the right to charge reasonable Consultancy fees to provide you with the best support on your journey in a rewarding profession and business. You are responsible for the fulfillment of all fees.
1.9 Consultancy and/or Clinical activities are chargeable, these can be activities such as References, Mental Health Assessments, Reports, Business Consulting, Coaching, AI Healthcare etc. You will be notified in advance of activity charges and fees. These are payable in advance at all times in full.
1.10 This website may use AI Avatars, Mascots, AI Clones for marketing, research, knowledge base activities and graphic design. All materials act as representations, promotions, digital products, intellectual property of the owners Allow Yourself to Grow Ltd and Jennifer Hooper t/a.
1.11 This business helps small to medium businesses with AI Healthcare workflows, documentation, marketing, and training.
1.12 Related events are required to be paid in full, prior to attendance.
1.13 e-therapy packages 24 SMS or emails. The maximum characters we use is normally (a) up to 160 or (b) 160 up to 480 per our reply. Our reply will depend on what you are presenting when it comes to using up your allowance, and therefore charges will vary, as it normally does when using a handset. We offer a 30 day allowance. Because our package is so competitive, no allowance is carried over after 30 days. Allowances are renewable after 30 days for a fee. You have 30 days to use up all of your allowance. All payment for this service are due in full in advance payable to "Jennifer Hooper". As soon as the funds are cleared we will notify you and you can start using your allowance.
We also offer SMS and email coaching similar to 1.13, however, please check the fees, that are payable in advance.
1.14 This is a fee paying business. Depending on the situation a reasonable late appointment arrival fee might be levied per minute for face to face, video or telephone sessions, so please let us know you are going to be late. Fees might be waivered or reduced. Group Facilitation fees are normally paid in advance in full, we therefore encourage you to arrive on time and let us know if you will be late or need to cancel for registration attendance reasons.
1,15 Surgeries are in clinics or spaces around Ruislip, Central London and online. Payments for W1, London areas and Home Visit appointments are payable in advance for appointment based surgeries. Payments 7 days in advance are suggested to assist to secure your space and avoid disappointment of busy clinics at where we trade at full capacity. Sessions are normally 50, 90 or 120 mins. However, some surgeries can be 1-3 hours by agreement. Avoid disappointment by making early bookings.
1.16 Home Visits Appointments (HVA) can be conducted subject to availability and full fees paid in advance, depending on a team member's availability and your location. Normally a 72 hour notice period or more is required for home visits, unless agreed otherwise. Fees are required 72 hours in advance for a firm diary appointment for home visits. The system does not accept non-secure fee appointments generally. We work on a secure-booking system and business model. Transfer fees early to avoid disappointment, fee based appointments take priority. Another way to pay might be by Paypal on our Home Page (click here).

2. INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
2.1 The Affiliate Therapist shall indemnify and continue to indemnify the Company against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and damages brought against or suffered by the Company arising out of any act or default of the Therapist.
3. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION
3.1 All DNA sessions (did not attend) are chargeable in full and are non-refundable normally.
3.2 Confirmed booked, then cancelled sessions, with/without prior notice are fees due for the full amount. However, a new appointment booking can be made. This is a popular and professional sought after service for low, medium and high intensity users. By making a booking and cancelling this prevents other users from making emergency or priority appointments, therefore bookings are usually advanced agreements to honour. Cancellations and administration levy fees.
3.3 To help reduce relapse or hospital admission we suggest that clients attend all JHWC appointments or reengage to avoid discharge and cancellation fees.
3.4 We usually follow-up DNAs by correspondence or contacting you. We expect that should a user/client opt not to attend that they would contact their GP, Occupational Health, or Employer, which ever applies, or if appropriate dial 999 in an emergency. See also our Privacy Policy.
4. REFUND POLICY
Where the user may be unsatisfied with the service they are free to contact us to let us know the reason. Where reasonable, a goodwill session may be rearranged. Refunds are applicable within reason where the service has clearly not been provided, thereafter at the sole discretion of the proprietor on goodwill, if applicable. There is an assumption that the user had paid the full fee already.
