She went on to gain thorough broader skills as an NLP Practitioner and Integrated Energy Psychology Therapeutic-Coach; a positive psychology that builds confidence and self-esteem, generating empowering outcomes.

Looking to gain valuable practical experience, Jennifer has been engaged in voluntary sector work since 2007 promoting wellbeing and mental health , to include working as an independent Integrated Psychoanalytical and Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Practice Based Counselling, (PBC),  IAPT (Integrated Access to Psychological Therapies) in London, under NICE modalities in the Southwark Psychological Team. Previous patient list of The Maudsley Hospital NHS Trust, GP referred patients. 

Her experience stretches across local and national charities and NHS PCT, GP Surgeries and Clinics, where she has experience of therapeutic evidenced-based work with repetitive traumatic memories, depression, anxiety, phobia, rejection, tension, spirituality alignment, family issues, domestic violence, relationships, educational, career, long term illness, ESA patients, physical pain management and generic issues.

Jennifer is also a specialist Domestic Violence Counsellor and IDVA Supervisor having extensive Women's Refuge experience with Hestia Women's Aid as a Senior Integrative and Psychodynamic Counsellor & Master Therapist-Coach,  to include attending as a guest at  MARAC community meetings for high risk cases of domestic violence.

A continued professional development to-date embraces Independent GP Surgery sub-contracts, Executive Employer Assistance Programme  (EAP) contracts, Medical Healthcare Provider Psychological sub-contractor and Private Practice  (click) as a national consultancy. JHWC offers ad-hoc and emergency psychological consulting by phone Skype phone app and in private settings for Healthcare Personnel:  GPs, Doctors, Locums and Healthcare Professionals, in private locations.

She is also a successful Online Therapeutic Writer, and employs this as one type of intervention when working with clients, as a form of expression and release of inhibitions.
