What is your approach?

A Healthcare awareness that harnesses ai with a human in the loop. We practice augmentation in stages to help remove pain in the problem that needs solving as a stepped process discussed.

How do you handle a task?

Send us a token you want to discuss or send us a token for us to review. If we can do the task we charge and hourly rate or a job rate. We will tell you before starting any work, and you then pay the full amount before we start the work. We may request you fill in a specification on ocassions.

Do you offer Templated Prompts?

Yes. It depends on what you need, but we can send you a prompt you can edit on ocassions. You can also amend it to fit your strategy or outcome.

Is everything confidential?

Yes, you will be supplied with a Consent form or text message. This business is one that works with ai ethics and within the law.

Chatbot training?

We may provide some ai training at some point. As soon as this department is set up, we will update this section. We provide guidance, assistance and templates at present.

What’s Your Role?

Do you offer reports or references?

Yes, augmented drafts you can tailor to your needs, upon request and with appropriate consent and notice. Fees will apply. We will let you know in the first instance if it is a report we can do as a task on your behalf.

Qualifications

MA in Counselling (PGDip pathway). Professional membership: MNCPS, BACP, BACPC, BAATN, DPS International.

What if I’m in crisis?

If you’re at immediate risk, contact emergency services (999 in the UK) or go to the nearest A&E. You can also contact NHS 111, your GP, or Samaritans (116 123).

Data Protection & AI Safety

How is my data handled?

Your personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR. Only necessary information is collected, stored securely, and kept no longer than needed (other countries may have their own regulations for data safety).

Do you use AI tools on my personal data?

It is more the case that AI is used to automate systems and it might collect your data and be held on the server of the owner of the AI tool, encrypted; those systems are supposed to have cyber security protocols in place as third parties. I have used Weebly.com since 2010 and have not experienced any problems with compromised data issues. They are also regulated by European Union. Lately startups are bringing new tools to the AI era. I am using Weebly.com and investigate other platforms for the elderly accessibility, for online tools.
